Algo así es lo que se lee en el origen del Confusion Group, creado por artistas rosarinos que residen o realizaron parte de su trayectoria artística en Madrid y una artista madrileña, responsables a su vez de la muestra Confusión Migra, que se inaugura el jueves 24 de noviembre en Galerías y exhibe la fusión de dos culturas, cercanas y a la vez muy distintas, que refleja la influencia y el interés de cada una por la otra. Es decir, un proyecto de comunicación artística entre dos continentes, un puente. El grupo artístico Confusion Group desarrolla su actividad en Madrid y Rosario, en distintas disciplinas: artes plásticas, fotografía, videoarte, instalaciones, música, literatura. Sus exhibiciones y actividades son individuales y colectivas; trabajan también en colaboración con otros artistas. Eduardo Bertone, Rafael Bertone, Martín Bochicchio, Nuria Gil y Baltazar Rodes son los responsables del grupo, cuyas obras fueron adquiridas el año pasado por el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Madrid (Macma) y exhibieron nada menos que en Conde Duque, acaso el espacio hoy más prestigioso de la capital española. Los artistas traerán al CCPE parte de su producción, incluida la de su proyecto Paintingcans, realizado con materiales sin costo y de fácil acceso que impulsa la utilización de latas “cuya función en lo cotidiano —señalan— se limita al momento del consumo, para la creación y divulgación del arte independiente”.
